What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely — we never store your full card details.
What will appear on my bank statement?
All charges will appear as STF COMMERCE — not "Get Stiffy" or anything that references adult products. Complete discretion, always.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us at hello@getstiffy.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make changes. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified — but you can return eligible items.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various amounts. They're delivered by email and can be redeemed at checkout. Gift card emails don't reference the website's nature.
Shipping & Delivery
How is my order packaged?
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging — no logos, no product descriptions, no references to Get Stiffy. The sender name shows "STF Commerce." Nobody will know what's inside.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days, Express is 1–3 business days. Metro areas are typically faster. NZ orders take 5–12 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Standard AU delivery starts from $8.95 and Express from $14.95. NZ shipping starts from $16.95.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes, we ship to NZ. Standard international delivery is 5–12 business days. Please note that NZ customers may be subject to local customs duties or GST charges on arrival.
Can I deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Absolutely. We ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Just make sure the address format is correct at checkout.
Privacy & Discretion
Will anyone know what I ordered?
No. We never share your purchase history with anyone. Packaging is plain, billing is discreet, and customer support emails use a neutral-looking sender address.
Do you sell my data?
Absolutely not. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with service providers (e.g. Australia Post) to fulfil your order. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Will I get marketing emails?
Only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email footer. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) will still be sent.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Unopened items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned for change of mind. Full details in our Returns Policy.
What if I receive a faulty product?
Contact us at hello@getstiffy.co within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund — and we'll cover return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Products & Safety
Are your products body-safe?
Yes. We only stock products from trusted brands that use body-safe materials — medical-grade silicone, stainless steel, borosilicate glass, and similar. No mystery materials, ever.
Do you sell genuine brand products?
100%. We are an authorised retailer for all brands we carry. Every product is genuine and sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorised distributor.
Do your products come with warranties?
Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Contact us if you need to make a warranty claim and we'll guide you through the process.
Your Account
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and check out faster next time.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at hello@getstiffy.co and request account deletion. We'll remove your account and personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
