Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our top priority. Every order is shipped in:
- Plain, unmarked satchels or boxes with no branding;
- No product descriptions on the label โ only your address and a return address;
- Sender details show STF Commerce โ not "Get Stiffy";
- Contents are not visible through the packaging.
Nobody handling your parcel will know what's inside. This applies to all orders, no exceptions.
Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1โ2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g. sales events, holiday seasons), processing may take an additional 1โ2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship to all Australian states and territories via Australia Post and partner couriers.
- Standard Shipping: 3โ7 business days โ from $8.95
- Express Shipping: 1โ3 business days โ from $14.95
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier capacity, and external factors. Metro areas typically receive deliveries faster than regional or remote areas.
Rates shown are indicative. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
New Zealand Shipping
We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post International or partner carriers.
- Standard International: 5โ12 business days โ from $16.95
- Express International: 3โ6 business days โ from $29.95
New Zealand customers may be subject to customs duties, GST, or import charges imposed by NZ Customs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
Tracking information may take 12โ24 hours to become active after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect address: You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and may charge a re-delivery fee.
Missing or lost parcels: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at hello@getstiffy.co within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We can deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers within Australia. Please ensure you provide the correct format for your address to avoid delivery issues.
Some oversized items may not be suitable for PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
